TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Small order charge: To cover administration, picking and packing costs a charge of 5€+I.V.A. is made on orders of less than 75€ + IVA.

2.    Carriage is  free on all orders over 250€ + IVA otherwise a charge of  10€+I.V.A. is made.

3.    Orders to the extremities or islands of Spain and Europe  may carry an additional charge.

4.    Export orders - we ship worldwide! - please contact us for details.

5.    Payment: Proforma invoice, Credit card or Debit card only.

6.    Credit (against next order) rather than replacement is given for all breakages, shortages, returns or  damages.

Please beware that we do not as a rule post credit notes out. A note is made against your record and this will be applied against the next order.

7.    Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery.

8. Time is required for processing orders and sending them to our warehouse for picking, especially for orders placed outside of our business hours. Customers orders are picked, packed and dispatched on a first come first serve basis. Due to this policy we are not responsible for any shortages in your order because and item ordered is out of stock. If there are out of stock items there are usually very few per order and in these cases we will dispatch your order as normal but if the out of stock items constitute a large portion of your order we will contact you before we dispatch and offer alternatives etc. Customers are not charged for items out of stock.

8.    Prices in the latest catalogues and web site supersede all others and are subject to change without notice.

9.    Ownership of goods does not transfer until payment is received in full.

10.  All prices quoted are net of VAT (IVA).
